1. Promotion Period:

This offer is valid from 26th December to 31st January 2025.

2. Eligibility:

The 25% discount applies to all treatments available at Grace Wellness Frankston.
This promotion is available to new and existing clients.

3. Booking Requirements:

Appointments must be booked within the promotion period.
Discounted treatments must be completed by [end date, if applicable].

4. Payment Terms:

Full payment for the treatment(s) must be made at the time of the appointment.
The discount cannot be applied to deposits, or gift vouchers,

5. Exclusions:

The offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or loyalty program benefits.
The discount is not applicable to retail products or other non-treatment services.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellations:

Clients who can reschedule appointments outside of the promotion period.
Standard cancellation policies apply.

7. Amendments and Cancellation of Promotion:

Grace Wellness Frankston reserves the right to amend or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

8. Other Conditions:

The discount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
Clients must mention the promotion at the time of booking to receive the discount.

Return and Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Grace Wellness Frankston

At Grace Wellness Frankston, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

If a treatment is cancelled by Grace Wellness Frankston due to unforeseen circumstances, and rescheduling is not possible.
If a client has prepaid for a treatment and cancels with adequate notice as per our cancellation policy.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

The following payments are non-refundable:

Deposits for appointments canceled outside the allowed notice period.
Services that have already been rendered.
Gift vouchers and prepaid treatment packages.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of any deposit or prepayment made for that appointment.
For prepaid packages, missed appointments without proper notice will count as a session used.

4. Treatment Packages and Gift Vouchers

No refunds will be provided for unused sessions in a prepaid package or for partially used gift vouchers.
Prepaid packages are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and cannot be extended unless agreed upon.

5. Retail Products

Refunds or exchanges on retail products will only be provided if the product is defective, damaged, or unopened and returned within 14 days of purchase.
Proof of purchase is required for all product returns.

6. Client Satisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with a treatment, we encourage you to provide feedback immediately so we can address your concerns. While refunds for completed treatments are generally not provided, we will work with you to ensure a satisfactory outcome.

7. Amendments

Grace Wellness Frankston reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated clearly and will not affect existing agreements.
